About SOLO QUI
SOLO QUI which means "Only Here" in Italian, was created in 2010 in Puerto Banús by the Garin family, with a very clear set of goals; to provide the highest quality and best tasting ice cream in Marbella. Ice cream that you simply cannot forget, ice cream that brings back the taste of our childhood. As Eric Garin says.
In the summer when I turned 17 years old, my father gave me the opportunity to come into his lab and since then, the smell, taste and textures have been my travel companions during the past , continuing my family's maitre glacier tradition.
Our ice cream and sorbets are made fresh daily in our Puerto Banus boutique, exclusively with natural products of high quality in the highest respect for the Italian tradition. Patient work and the quality of preparation together with the careful selection of each ingredient, give our ice cream and sorbets their unique flavor.
We select our ingredients with care and we are proud to use products of the highest quality, such as our pistachios from Sicily, hazelnuts from Piedmont, strawberries from Périgord... and much more.
We take special care in our preparation process from beginning to end. So our clients are able to find unique taste at SOLO QUI.
Our ice cream is pastorized and then a crucial time of maturity is respected to allow each flavor to best reflect their essence and they are made using the best machines that follow the Italian tradition and provide the incomparable taste and texture of Italian gelato.
