Our ice cream is made fresh daily in the laboratory of our Puerto Banus boutique.

We select our ingredients with care and we are proud to use products of the highest quality, such as our pistachios from Sicily, hazelnuts from Piedmont, strawberries from Périgord...and much more.

We take special care in our preparation process from beginning to end. So our clients are able to find unique taste at SOLO QUI.
Our ice cream is pastorized and then a crucial time of maturity is respected to allow each flavor to best reflect their essence and they are made using the best machines that follow the Italian tradition and provide the incomparable taste and texture of Italian gelato.
