In the summer when I turned 17 years old, my father gave me the opportunity to come into his lab and since then, the smell, taste and textures have been my travel companions during the past 31              years, continuing my family's maitre glacier tradition.
Our ice cream and sorbets are made fresh daily in our Puerto Banus boutique, exclusively with natural products of high quality in the highest respect for the Italian tradition. Patient work and the quality of preparation together with the careful selection of each ingredient, give our ice cream and sorbets their unique flavor.
